WHAT WE'RE DOING NOW
We have just completed our fourth week of class. We completed our segment on Ultimate.
Our students really improved their frisbee throwing skills. They found out just how much of a workout Ultimate
really is. We had a lot of fun. These next two weeks we will cover inline skating. We will be having fun
and getting great exercise. Our program currently includes Ultimate, inline skating, badminton, archery, golf,
basketball, volleyball, step aerobics, weight training, fitness dance, and team handball. Our outline for this semester is
listed below.
PLAN FOR SEMESTER
Weeks 1-2: Importance of Physical Education & Physical Fitness Testing
Weeks 3-4: Ultimate
Weeks 5-6: Inline Skating
Weeks 7-8: Badminton
Weeks 9-10: Archery
Weeks 11-12: Golf
Weeks 13-14: Basketball
Weeks 15 -16: Team Handball
Weeks 17-18: Step Aerobics & Fitness Testing
CLASS RULES:
1. Respect all students and instructors.
2. Listen when the instructor is speaking.
3. Enter the gym quickly and quietly.
4. Keep your hands to yourself.
5. NO CHEWING GUM.
6. Wear proper gym clothes.(shorts/wind pants, t-shirt, tennis shoes)
7. Follow instructions properly.
8. No foul language.
9. Compliment fellow students.
10. HAVE FUN!
